Parker at the front desk was so attentive and gave the best service and was quick and responsive always. He was very courteous and let me know of how they receive their reservations from hotels.com only 3 days before the date of check in. I reserved a specific room with hotels.com in Nov for a weekend in March and the room I chose was booked. I will now be booking through Marriot Bonvoy specifically from now on to ensure I get the specific room I want. "

"The one disappointment was not having an ocean view room. We were told owners have priority to get those rooms, but if requested ahead of time if available, we could get one . However, we could still hear the ocean. "
