The spectacular lush scenery with koi ponds, streams, pools, a hot tub and more help you relax and feel refreshed like a vacation should feel! You can also check out the harbor area which is just a quick walk across the bridge. Breakfast at Stratford's could include viewing a friendly seal or you could enjoy a cup of coffee from the Nautical Bean as you walk around the harbor observing the sailboats come and go. Check out the charter boats located in the harbor area for whale watching or fishing for more fun! Inside this fully equipped condo is an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, full refrigerator, dishes, cookware, bakeware, & bbq utensils. Your mornings can include making waffles on the professional waffle maker or enjoying your coffee out on the patio listening to the waterfall just below. If eating out is more your style, then take a short walk down The Strand to the Tin Fish by the pier. For a fancier fare at dinnertime, stop at 333 Pacific St. for steak and seafood. The condominium was beautiful and so close to the beach. This was our first experience at North Coast Village and would highly recommend. The condo was well stocked with everything that we needed. From check-in, parking, the layout, so close to the beach, and great amenities on the property. This was our Thanksgiving vacation and the place was everything we could ask for. Completely stocked with all the kitchen and dining items you could ask for. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the main bedroom and balcony had a view of the ocean, so close you could hear the waves. TVs in every room, coffee maker for brews on the balcony, easy walking distance to the beach (even for 4 yo). Plenty of room for 3 adults, 2 teens and that 4yo. Place to eat, sleep and relax. Carpets could use a good clean. We had Ant problems. No AC but free standing fans made due. No extra soap for bathrooms. Showers we're super small. Main toilet took multiple flushes to flush even for #1\. Wish we knew elevators weren't working (what if I had a disability). Didn't know about app to use washer and dryers. Love the location and neighboring restaurants. If you want quiet days by the pool this is not the place. Too many kids. ##### Denise R. My mom and her 3 daughters stayed here for our Girls Weekend! This property was perfect us!!! We each had our own bed and there are 2 bathrooms, each with a shower, which was nice with 4 women, ha! The living areas were great and comfy. The view was better then expected, spent time sitting/relaxing listening to the waves and it was fun seeing all the sail boats out on the water each morning! There is easy access to the beach and lots to do, places to eat near by. The property is located inside North Coast Village, what a beautifully landscaped setting! Has lots of amenities and it’s very secure. Host was great and communicated well with me! We would stay in this property again if we go back to Oceanside! ##### Ivy D.
