Communication was top notch from On the Sand Vacation Rentals. On the Sand Vacation Rentals left a sweet snack basket, and water which was a nice touch. Everything was as pictured! The bathrooms and kitchen are all updated.The bedding and towels were in excellent condition. I appreciated having enough towels to get ready, and the bedding was cozy. We did not cook, but the kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to enjoy a meal at the property. Living room furniture, and the beds were comfortable. Gorgeous view from the primary bedroom! They had a helpful binder with maps and things to do. We did not use any of them, but there were boogie boards and sand toys that would enhance any beach time you have. Would stay again! Our place was clean, organized, and had lots of thoughtful touches. Everything you need is here! Lots of fans, a pack n play, beach toys and a wagon to haul them back and forth. Plenty of towels and a well stocked kitchen. Great for kids and families. Our host was kind and highly responsive. We had a minor issue (and didn’t even ask for them to come fix it) and they responded immediately and sent someone to come remedy the issue. I loved the neutral calming blues and beach decor. The kitchen was furnished with many useful dishes and new appliances. The bath towels were nice and plush and very fresh white, they also had plenty of hangers and nice open shelving in the closets. The balcony upstairs was nice as well which allowed for a small glimpse of the ocean. The North Shore grounds were absolutely beautiful too!
