The corner location of this gorgeous condo allows views from 3 sides! The kitchen has been updated with beautiful slab granite counter tops, and is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. The living room is beautifully furnished with an oh-so-comfortable sectional and 2 chairs. The view from the living room balcony is of the landscaped gardens of the "A" Building. The primary penthouse retreat of Lanai Lookout occupies the entire upstairs and offers simply exquisite ocean views. Featuring a pillow-top bed for a super comfy sleep. The 2 spacious balconies offer plenty of space for lounging, sea-gazing, and dining. This is the ultimate space for relaxation and inspiration! The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed plus twin bunk beds. Note that this condo does not have a sofa bed in the living area; however, it does still sleep 6 because of this bedroom configuration. This is a good choice for those who prefer not having to use the living area for sleeping. Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet. The "A" Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the "A" Building has just been re-done and it is gorgeous! North Coast Village is an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, table tennis, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities. Plenty of room for everybody and the views were amazing. Really enjoyed the huge trees in the front facing Pacific Street and the ocean views from the back deck. It was a little hot and muggy, but when you opened up the windows, there was a nice breeze that cooled off the condo. The condo needs some upgrades and repairs, but was very comfortable. Reviewer Comments: Our condo (A302) was clean and ready for us to move in for a week. The beds were comfortable and the view from the upstairs balcony was where we could see the ocean. I would like to make a few suggestions though. It would have been very helpful to have a supply of baggies, plastic wrap and aluminum foil. We took advantage of eating in most mornings and cooked steak on the grills one evening, which worked well, but needed more containers to store our leftovers. It may be a small gesture, but would have been helpful for us. Also, there was only one steak knife for our steak dinner party, which made it awkward! Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in December and had no problems with ants. It was a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The only issue we had was that the hot tub for our building was under repair. We could’ve crossed the street to the other set of buildings and use theirs, but didn’t want to walk that far back in wet suits (it was chilly weather). Not a huge deal though. The views of the ocean from the master bedroom were fantastic. Although you can’t see the ocean from main floor balcony, you have a pretty view of the gardens below. Also, we couldn’t figure out how to make the upstairs TV work and the management had someone come over very quickly to help us. The TV worked fine, we just aren’t great with technology. ##### Michelle M. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the condo was the best part of the rental. The condo itself was ok. It has a great view. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied with the communication from the property manager. I had tried several times during the morning of our arrival to contact them to let them know I had not received check-in instructions and simply got a "we sent the instructions already" response, followed by "we sent it again" over the span of several hours after our plane had landed. I did finally find the instructions, but a simple phone call would have been a quick and easy way to serve me, the customer. Also, unlike many other rentals I've stayed at there was very little to cook with so if you are planning on cooking for yourself, you may want to get salt, cooking oil, and other essentials. There weren't enough towels for a family of 6 for a condo that has a pool and hot tub in my opinion. ##### Sean H. Reviewer Comments: Clean condo on the beach. The facility is nice with great landscaping. We tried to check in 40 minutes early due to our early flight arrival and we had stopped for groceries so had a car full of items that needed refrigerated. I texted the day before asking if we could check in early and they didn’t respond. When I arrived at the gate the security staff were rude and not helpful when I asked if we could check in early. When I walked up to the counter he just looked at me with no welcome or greeting. When I asked about early check in he said, check in is at 3\. They made us wait in our car till promptly at 3 even though we knew there was no one in our room from the night before because the facility had already tried to text us to add that night to our stay because it was vacant. We tried to do laundry but you have to use a card swiper to purchase a gift card to run the machines or download an app, but there was no cell service in the laundry area to do either payment option. You had to go to another building to buy laundry soap. It took us almost an hour to figure that out. The rooftop patio was quiet but it does overlook all the solar panels, but you can see the ocean over the solar panels. ##### Tracy M. The management checked in and was very responsive. Make sure to read the description and amenities as there isn’t AC but that’s entirely on me and we only were at the condo enough to sleep. We came to celebrate our son’s birthday with some family so wanted a place we could all hang out and this definitely hit to make. I would recommend and stay again! ##### Taryn P. And although every room has TV's only the upstairs Master Bedroom is a Smart TV. So we all had to cram upstairs to log into Netflix to watch the fight. Also the elevator is hit or miss, we spent 75% of the time getting our steps in because elevator was unreliable when it actually worked. Linens were clean soaps shampoos conditioners were supplied. The location was good. Check-in was a little confusing but once she figured it out straightforward. Everything was convenient- we loved how close it was to the beach, loved the 2 pools and that we were able to bbq outside for dinner while the kids swam.
