The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, ample storage, and a floating island dining bar. Step onto the private balcony to take in sweeping ocean views and coastal breezes, or relax in nearby on-site hot tubs overlooking the water. Located within walking distance to the harbor, downtown, train station, shops, and restaurants. Includes 2 garage parking spaces. This property has many stairs. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided. No A/C fans provided. Central Heat is available.
