The view is amazing! One side is the ocean with surfers riding the waves and beautiful flowers/plants that have little hummingbirds flying all around. The other side is stunning botanical gardens with water flowing through. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There were plenty of towels, toilet paper and paper towels. The parking garage is right outside the back door. They communicated regularly and even checked to make sure we had everything we needed. MMV was extremely professional and followed up with us to make sure that we had all we needed and that everything was clean and in working order. The condo was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home! The photos in the listing are very accurate and they helped me to know what to expect when I arrived to Oceanside. There was a nice easy 5 min walk to the beach, our main reason for coming. Another short 5 min walk and we were eating at some nice restaurants at the harbor. The host was gracious and check in smooth. We had a covered parking garage spot. We liked having a local gym and pool. And we were able to drive to the local downtown. Getting in an out was easy. We really loved that the place had 4 beach chairs. The living room was great for watching movies (though the sound on the t.v. was muffled and we couldn't figure out how to improve it). The living room was very comfortable and fireplace a nice touch. The kitchen was amazing, with everything we needed. We cooked breakfast and dinner 3-4 times and everything worked great. The bedrooms and showers were clean and comfortable. Overall, a winner. ##### Dan P. Reviewer Comments: Condo is wonderful, clean, well stocked, great location, good size. Facility has wonderful amenities. No AC but wonderful cool temp with windows open creating a nice breeze. Unfortunately there was a massive construction project on the beach making our view that of tractors and construction equipment but even worse at 7am sharp exceedingly loud construction began immediately outside our condo making it impossible to sleep in even one day of vacation. The large diesel that metal pipes were being loaded onto with tractors was done immediately outside our bedroom window bright and early daily. The noise was awful and it was too hot when the windows were closed. Had we been aware of the ongoing construction would’ve stayed elsewhere; however without that downside we would definitely stay in this condo again. ##### Angela M.
