Everyone was so helpful and check in and out were very quick. Great vacation! The only issue was many dead ants in the bathrooms upon arrival, and several live ants in bathrooms after a couple days. As is the case, this is all about location. You are right on the beach, and the unit is more than enough to meet the needs of a family of five (a teenager and two toddlers). We upgraded to a minivan this year and while snug, parking was still doable without much issue. I was surprised when one was available. It did not disappoint! You can't beat the location right on the water with a patii and take. The unit was clean and comfortable. Comfortable bed. Only very minor downsides: no water filter of any kind and the door is difficult to lock. Going to sleep with the sound of the waves is smazing! We recently came and stayed in this condo for a long weekend and it was the best! Plenty of room for a family of five and the kitchen and living room were spacious and comfortable too. But the view!!!! That was the real star of the show. I loved the little grassy backyard area to sit and look out at the water, and my kids had easy access to the beach (not through the backyard, but through a nearby gate out the front). I loved being able to sit and watch them play in the water from a comfortable view. Such an added bonus is the resort property itself. The large heated pool was awesome, as was the spacious hot tub. My husband loved the gym and we didn't have time to use the game room, but will definitely do that next time! Everything felt so safe and family-friendly, and there was so much to do, we didn't even need to leave the property the entire time we were there. The hosts were also very prompt in getting back to us with questions. But back to the view... unbeatable! We truly loved staying here and hope to be able to again in the future. ##### Camilla C. We particularly love it because we bring our 90yesr old mother in-law and she really enjoys being able to walk out the back door and she is sitting right on the beach. It's location is a prime spot, easy to get around if you want, right next to the Harbor which great restaurants to choose from, ( we always choose Fish n Chips) a staple there since I was a kid. Beautiful view of the ocean, and same from the master bedroom. Such a short walk to the beach, and kids could leave their boards and chairs at our place, and not have to carry them back and forth each day. The kitchen was nicely stocked with utensils, serving and storage dishes, and even a crock-pot which was great for keeping things warm for our Thanksgiving dinner, as well as the snacking that went on during the day. You can not beat the location, and having your own semi-private backyard to watch every sunset from us worth every penny. For a family of five (two soon to be toddlers and a soon to be teenager), this unit has everything you could need. The home is well furnished, clean and easy to miss the moment your time is up. We will definitely be back at E15\. One more insight for those curious, yes parking is tight but not unrealistic. We had a Honda CRV, and even with a car parked in the adjacent spot it wasn't much of an issue. I would say anything bigger than a minivan and you'll probably have more trouble depending on the overall garage occupancy on any given day. Overall, the place is incredible and it's location both to the beach and the parking spot eliminated so many of the little time nibblers planning out your trip. Reviewer Comments: The beachfront cottage fit my family of 5 perfectly. My family really enjoyed themselves and we were able to relax. The only thing that I would suggest is I wish they supplied things like foil and food baggies. I have stayed at plenty of other VRBO's and those types of things are usually provided, its just a nuisance to purchase just for the weekend. Also, I was told I could get a later checkout if no one booked and they would contact me to let me know, and no one contacted me and when I asked about it they said it was too late that the cleaners were already coming at the original time.
