This light and bright end unit has been recently remodeled with new counter tops, new upgraded bathrooms, paint, carpet and ceiling fans. Walk within the gated complex to the beach. Swim in the heated Olympic size pool, enjoy the Jacuzzi, or exercise in the fitness room. Enjoy the rec room with TVs, pool and ping pong tables, a putting green, BBQ grills for the community to use, all within the tranquil grounds with 24 hour patrol. North Coast Village is the perfect place to stay in Oceanside. It is on the beach, has great amenities and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. If you are visiting a Marine, it is 10-15 from the Las Pulgas gate… perfect for deployment send offs and welcome home! The condo was clean, comfortable and close to parking. Though it is close to the train, it was not disruptive at night. (Windows closed) The host was easy to communicate with. She provided excellent instructions and follow up. This is the second condo we've rented at this property. The listing says the condo has been renovated, which is a bit exaggerated! The only things that have been updated are the showers and kitchen countertop. The appliances seem to be from the 80's or 90's. The brown carpet is gross and needs to be replaced. The condo was surface cleaned but REALLY needs a deep cleaning. The property itself is very well-maintained and in a great location. The condo is at the edge of the property near the street and train tracks. Its pretty noisy! The last night it was potatoes thrown at the door and windows and that was actually done by two of the security guards. I guess they got tired of us complaining about the water balloons every night.
