Beachcomber F108 at North Coast Village This oceanfront condo in North Coast Village is a dream come true! It boasts a stunning view of the pool, beautiful gardens, streams, and a putting green. The south-facing location means you’ll soak up plenty of sun, and you can even catch a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony. The bathroom has been beautifully remodeled with a new vanity, a glass tile backsplash, and stone-look tile. The floors are made of wood-look porcelain throughout the condo. The living area has a cozy sectional double sofa bed that’s perfect for relaxing. Make My Vacation takes care of all the essentials - linens, towels, beach chairs, and beach towels. They even provide a TV for your entertainment and free wireless Internet. As you walk through the staffed secure gate to North Coast Village you are transported to a tropical oasis reminiscent of the Costa Rican Rain Forest. Running streams, waterfalls, lush foliage, and Koi meander through the spacious grounds of this resort-like beachfront condominium complex in Oceanside California. You will notice the crystal clear heated pool and spa, gleaming barbecues, convenient picnic tables, sand rinsing stations to remove the lingering beach. If you need a break from sun and surf, you might enjoy a game of pool, a jog on a treadmill in the exercise room, a little ping pong, or a sauna. Feeding our giant Koi is a simple pleasure not to be missed during your Oceanside visit. When you venture through the back gates, you find yourself on one of North San Diego County’s finest beaches. You can see the pool from the balcony, the bed was comfortable, it has a fireplace, the flooring was nice. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom, the shower curtain was gross had rust on it and didn’t look like it is changed from stay to stay. Also, there are a lot of ants in this condo even in the microwave. The property managers were very nice and gave us ant bait to fix it but still too many ants. It’s a great location and lovely property. Please note that the unit is close to the pool, so it can get a little noisy with kids jumping and playing in the pool, but the pool closes promptly at 10, so it’s peaceful and quiet after that. The king bed was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The door knob is a little tricky, be careful when opening the door is you don’t want to bust your knuckles against the wall. I’ve enjoyed all of the amenities especially the pool & the hot tub. The shared gas grills are super clean and very popular at dinner time. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because of the construction going on right outside this unit balcony where they are adding a new hot tub area. There is construction going on in some of the units throughout the complex as well. The construction noises were usually done by 3:00pm. I will not hold the construction against them because I know these things are done off season. But I do wish I would’ve known before booking so I had the opportunity to select a different unit. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were visiting Legoland and decided to relax rest of the week on the beach. Beautiful property, tropical vibes, right on the beach. Our unit was awesome, love that it provided beach chairs and umbrella. Undergroud parking is big plus. Plenty of room for a family of 4, lots of room for both sleeping and down time between excursions. The place was set up with all the necessities and very clean. Condo was very clean, comfortable king size bed, big sofa and location was great being so close to the beach. The kids liked the pool and hot tub too.
