The room was as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The amenities at Northcoast Village are wonderful; we walked through the gardens, swam in the pool and used the gym. Right out the gates is a great beach with lots to see and the promenade to walk down to the pier. There are restaurants at the marina within walking distance. Mold in the upstairs master bedroom and shower. 2\. Screen doors to balconies where difficult or impossible to open. 3\. Too much noise from contractors after 7:45 am, this actually made the most of the vacation unpleasant. 4\. Carpets where mildly dirty. 5\. Repairs on walkways and Hot tube. The condo is cozy and comfy, well appointed kitchen and just general space, and has great outdoor space. We were out and about locally, so it was a great location for us in general. I imagine the beach aspects would be fantastic if that is a focus of a trip, too - so close and easy to access. The only hiccup we had was arriving late at night, so trying to locate check-in and our building/unit was challenging, but thanks to great security staff who helped us when we really needed it, we got in! ##### Nathan & Gina K. It was beautifully furnished, great views,all the amenities needed to have fun at the beach and to create meals in the kitchen. The pool and grounds were spectacular and the proximity and easy access to the beach was awesome. We enjoyed the short stroll to the harbor for ice cream and and dinner.
