Convenient location - corner of main rds THE VIEW Enjoy wonderful ocean and beach views from the living room, master bedroom, and patio. The sand is a 5-second walk from the back patio! KITCHEN AND DINING The entire condo features granite countertops and new porcelain, plank tile. The kitchen is also equipped with dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and everything you need to serve up some tasty meals! The dining area comfortably seats 6. LIVING AREAS Enjoy comfortable and modern furniture pieces throughout the unit. The living area is tastefully furnished with plenty of comfortable sitting arrangements. Relax on either the large couch or one of the two armchairs and unwind by watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. Cable TV/DVD player is also provided free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. This is also a two-bathroom condo with a walk-in shower and separate vanity in the master bedroom and tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom. SLEEPING A19 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master suite has a new King-size Opulence Plush bed (8/31/15). The second bedroom has two full-size beds. There is also a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in the living room for additional arrangements. The bedrooms also each host flat screen tvs with cable. EXTRAS A porta-crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with smaller guests. 1 assigned parking space in the garage below the building. Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge. A19 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including beach towels (6), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (2) \*\*Please note: This is a great vacation cottage condo with easy access to the sand. The interior and furnishings are beautiful. This condo is located on the corner of The Strand and Breakwater Way. There will be a good amount of traffic going by the condo, especially in the summer, so rental rates for this condo have been lowered. It was great. My only complaints were all their rules they expected us to comply with, but they didn't leave equipment, such as the BBQ grill that was so old it wouldn't even light, but boy we better not leave it dirty. It was filthy to begin with. My husband fixed the screen on the patio door, my daughter fixed the ice maker in the freezer. The door to the Condo looks horrible but they are so worried about what you put down the garbage disposal - either fix it or say it doesn't work at all. Location wise, you couldn't beat it. We've rented from "On-the-Sand" before and we love North Coast Village! We've rented condos five times here and we keep coming back. One of our favorite condos is A19\. The location was great (you see the view of the bathroom in the photos...but you can't beat being this close to the beach)! The condo was more spacious than it looked the pictures and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the condo clean. It has so much going on with all of the people and beach activities right across the street. You can be in your own place but still be right in the middle of it all. I love people watching! We thought it might be the nicest location in the whole complex too! Check-in was easy. I appreciated the text from the management letting me know how to get a hold of them. Walking out the patio to the beach was amazing! Being right on The Strand was fun (despite the occasional car or bike driving by with loud music-- all part of the experience!) Views from the master bedroom were so nice. Loved the layout of the apartment. The complex was so beautiful, but hard to navigate, but we figured it out in a day or two. ##### Holly B. Excellent location for getting to the beach, but it is a very busy area and can be noisy at times with traffic and beach goers. The condo itself had everything we needed. The only things we did not like: no washer and dryer in the unit and the parking situation. The listing said that the property has laundry rooms that accept quarters. They do have laundry rooms but they are difficult to find. They also do not accept quarters and the process to purchase the card, add funds to the card and then start the machines using the card was difficult to figure out. The parking situation was a pain only because they are such tight spaces (and we have a smaller sedan) but at least we had a place to park. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay. ##### Wenona H. We used it as a jump off spot for a week of adventures and as access to the beach. We especially enjoyed our morning walks on the beach with coffee. We also enjoyed the short walk to downtown Oceanside for dinner and to catch the Coaster train for trips to the San Diego Zoo and harbor. The condo was well appointed (complete with boogie boards and sand toys). The complex is well-run and we enjoyed our conversations with residents and guests at the pool and hot tub. We used the laundry room, which was clean and cared for. The gated, bottom-level parking was nice too. Max height is 6' 6", so if you have a car-top box, you might have to take it off and stash it somewhere. The unit is right on The Strand (one-way beachfront street) so you get the occasional car rolling by with loud music -- but mostly that added to the feeling of being down where the action is. The Strand is super popular for strolling and biking, and it seemed everyone who passed by smiled and said hello, as if to say "how cool is this!". We had a blast and plan to return. ##### Tom R. North coast village is great, although we were not able to use the spas or gym due to the pandemic. I e loved that we could step right out the balcony practically onto the sand. The bathrooms across the road blocked what could be a wonderful view and it was kind of a bummer having to take everything off the patio at night to avoid theft. But all I’m all we had a great stay, none of these things were a deal breaker (even the ants) and we would gladly stay again. ##### Joseph F. There were service vehicles driving by constantly, and since the condo is on a corner of the ground floor, the vehicles stopped in front at the stop sign. The public bathroom (pictured) was so busy, and much closer than it appears. Overall, it was noisy, and when sitting outside, there was NO privacy. I wouldn't stay there again. ##### Diana B.
