Most of the hallway wall between the kitchen and entryway has been removed, so there is lots of space for moving about while preparing meals. The cabinets and drawers are fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining room table seats 6. LIVING AREAS The living room has ample seating locations with a beautiful sectional sofa. The living room also has a 48" flat-screen TV that you can use to either watch cable or a DVD. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combo. SLEEPING D24 is set up to sleep 6 guests. The master bedroom suite has a comfortable top-quality king-size bed. You can see the ocean as you lie in bed and drift off to sleep. The second bedroom has 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed and lovely garden views. Both bedrooms have flat-screen TVs, cable, and ceiling fans. For additional sleeping arrangements in the living area, there is a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for extra comfort. The location is fantastic and sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean was life changing. The place was clean and had all the amenities we needed to enjoy our stay. Ceiling fans, which we used a lot, were quiet and moved the air well. We happened to be there for a stretch of unusually warm, humid days so the floor fans the host provided were very much appreciated. Ur first impression is the weathered door. Once in, the floors are old and beat up with ant traps everywhere. The walls have marks throughout the unit. The bathrooms are not updated with shower temperatures not adjusting and shower clogged w years of hair and toilet kept running. We love visiting Oceanside and we were excited to stay the week this year for our kids spring break. The property is beautiful and views where amazing. We usually stay closer to the Main Street, so I missed the convenience and variety of shops and restaurants. However, there were some restaurants within walking distance in the harbor. The condo was nice and cozy, but definitely had some wear and tear. Few things annoyed me…the master toilet that continuously runs, missing magnet on master shower door to keep the door shut, and lack of hooks to hang wet towels since you aren’t allowed to hang on balcony. Previous reviews mentioned the running toilet, so I thought it would have been fixed since its such a simple fix and obviously wastes water. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would definitely recommend this condo and property to our friends and family. We’re looking forward to booking our next trip back to Oceanside soon! ##### Rhawnie B. Clean with a view that can’t be beat. We’ve stayed at properties at North coast village every summer for over 20 years and it doesn’t get much better than this anywhere.
