Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish converted space suitable for up to 4 guests with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Southern California\`s beach community of Oceanside and walking distance to the beach, downtown Oceanside, Transit Center and close to many SoCal attractions and restaurants :) Guest required to sign Rental Agreement and provide a valid ID and CC. C I T Y O F O C E A N S I D E Short Term Rental Good Neighbor Policy STR Guest Responsibilities 1\. Parking. Vehicles shall be parked in garage, driveway, and on-site designated parking spaces whenever possible. Please avoid parking on street if on-site parking is available. No vehicles shall be parked on a designated fire lane nor block or restrict access to adjacent properties. 2\. Occupancy. The maximum number of occupants shall be two adults per bedroom plus two people per unit (including children). 3\. Daytime Guests. The maximum number of daytime guests allowed in a STR unit shall be 10 guests, regardless of bedroom count. Daytime guests are allowed between 7am and 10pm. 4\. Noise.
