With the Pacific Ocean just beyond your doorstep, you’ll wake to the sound of rolling waves, enjoy coffee with a sea breeze, and end each day watching the sunset from your private beachfront patio. This unit is located in a 5 unit condo complex. Inside, the condo has been updated with modern touches throughout, including new flooring, contemporary furnishings, and fresh coastal decor. The open-concept layout features a comfortable living room with a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and wall A/C for warm days. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, cookware, and all the essentials for home-cooked meals by the beach. The bedroom offers a cozy king bed and soft linens for a restful night’s sleep after a day in the sun. Step outside to your private sandy patio, complete with outdoor seating, BBQ grill, and a fire pit for evening relaxation by the shore. Direct beach access from the backyard area allows you to take a serene walk along the shore with your loved ones. Parking is available in the covered carport (first-come basis) with additional street parking available if all are taken, and guests have access to shared laundry facilities during their stay. Conveniently located near local dining favorites and Buccaneer Park, which is great for kids and pets! This condo offers the perfect mix of tranquility and coastal adventure. We spent 8 nights in it for our 35th anniversary and perfect. It was great having our own area to hang out all day. The sound of the waves and cool ocean air were amazing. We moved from carlsbad to AZ so we love this location and to be on the sand and view the water is heaven. When you have lived near the ocean, you do understand what the salt air does to property so just understand the property is not rusty, it's just been kissed by the ocean air. ##### Christine O. Buccaneer Beach Park is a very short walk from the property. BFO is also super attentive when you need them.
