Part of a 5-unit condo complex, it offers great accommodations while keeping you close to the beach, local dining, and attractions. The master bedroom features a king bed with ocean views, while the second bedroom has a full-size bunk bed — ideal for children or extra guests. The open living and dining area opens to a private balcony, letting you enjoy the sea breeze, morning coffee, or evening drinks while listening to the waves. Stay comfortable year-round with wall-unit air conditioning, and use the shared on-site laundry for convenience during longer stays. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. Parking is available in the covered carport (first-come basis) with additional street parking available if all are taken. Pet-friendly and filled with natural light, this condo provides a relaxed, comfortable setting for families, friends, or couples who want to be right on the beach. Shared amenities include outdoor seating and BBQ areas, and the sand is just steps away. Additional parking is available at our office, located at 1640 Oceanside Blvd., Oceanside CA 92054. We stayed in unit 3 and the patio/balcony was the highlight of the apartment. Place as very clean and well equipped. Unit had a bit of a stale/damp smell that are common in places so close to the ocean but small price to pay for such a great view and falling asleep to the sound of waves every night. Aside from the area right outside the units, there isn't really a beach area to walk. There is a public access beach right down the road. It wasn't an issue with us, we never wanted to leave the patio/balcony! The other 3 units all share the common areas but again, it was never an issue with us. Everyone was nice and respectful.
