This stunning 3 bedroom 3 bath Beachfront, Pier View condo is located on the world famous Strand in Oceanside. This home offers a spacious open floor plan, state of the art kitchen, with granite, professional grade appliances and breakfast bar. No expense was spared with quality upgraded appointments, upscale furniture and beach décor. Endless ocean views can be seen from the kitchen, living room and Master bedroom. The front Master bedroom suite boasts a King bed & 1 queen size bed and front patio access. The master bath en suite has marble counter tops, dual sinks, separate tub and large walk in shower, along with a walk in closet. The second Master bedroom has a king size bed and access to the back garden patio, the en suite features, a large shower and tub. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds and access to the back patio. The main bathroom is appointed with a large walk in shower. This vacation home sleeps 10 comfortably and is perfect for your next beach getaway. There are 2 marked, subterranean parking spots. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing, enjoy your day on the stunning ocean view patio, walk to the pier, take a short drive to the harbor, or stroll into the Village of Oceanside many restaurants, breweries and shops. Oceanside is famous for its beaches, restaurants, breweries, and friendly people. The Strand is a one way street; it is excellent for walking, jogging, biking or people watching. When your day is done, it is back to the patio to watch the sunset, barbecue on the back patio and roast marshmallows on the fire pit. If you have to leave, This Oceanside home is a midway point from downtown San Diego or Orange County. 1.5 miles from Carlsbad State Beach and downtown Carlsbad, Lego land,The Outlet Stores, and Flower Fields. A short drive to your south, finds you in Encinitas and Del Mar. If you enjoy golf, minutes from Oceanside Village you will find, The Oceanside Golf Course, El Camino Country Club, Arrowood Golf Course, and Goat Hill Park all will keep you challenged. Renew, relax and indulge in our local Spas. Jump on the coaster to visit downtown San Diego, to enjoy the world famous San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Sea World, nightlife and dining. A short drive to the Wild Animal Park and approximately a 1.5 Hour drive to Los Angeles. This home has 2 indoor parking spaces in a shared, gated secure parking garage. This pet friendly rental is perfect for Fido, Unfortunately pets are not allowed to be with you on Oceanside beaches or the pier, however you may walk your dog with a leash along “The Strand,” If your dog likes to get wet in the water or play in the sand a trip to neighboring beaches such as Ocean Beach, Cardiff State Beach, Del Mar’s Dog Beach or South Beach, or Mission Bay’s Fiesta Island will give you the opportunity to let them take part in some beach fun. Every Thursday, Oceanside hosts a Farmers Market from 9am to 1pm and a Sunset Market 5pm to 9pm in downtown Oceanside. There you will find a bustling hub of locals and guests enjoying the incredible local vendors, live entertainment, and overall family friendly atmosphere. Best of all, your furry companion is welcome to enjoy the festivities with you! Dog Park: Oceanside has a premier, free to enter, off-leash Dog Park available to locals and guests alike. Located at 2905 San Luis Rey Rd, Oceanside, CA 92058 you will find a peaceful location for your dogs to freely run and play in the cool crisp beach city air. Trails: Oceanside has plenty of trail and hiking opportunities, and Fido is welcome to join you on a leash at several of those locations. The San Luis Rey River Trail is a great place to walk your furry friend, with a trail totaling 9 miles with mostly flat and smooth ground this is a local favorite. Guajome Park is another place that invites you to walk your leashed dog, with 4.5 miles of low traffic trails at your disposal.
