If you need a break from sun and surf, you might enjoy a game of pool, a jog on a treadmill in the exercise room, a little ping pong, or a sauna. There is a sidewalk all the way up the beach for miles. The complex grounds made you feel like you're in Hawaii with all the tropical plants and waterfalls and ponds. Our condo was right above the pool. It had just been remodeled Tastefully and had all the Comforts of home. We spent most afternoons watching the Surfers and the sailboats go by in the ocean. The property is a very beautiful resort style grounds with a pool, hot tub and some activities on site, we enjoyed feeding the massive koi fish a couple of times during our stay. The condo was a good size for our family of 4 and came equipped with chairs, boogie boards, a beach umbrella and even a cooler to enjoy our days at the beach. We had our own private parking spot which was great for coming and going to not have to spend time searching for a spot everytime we returned! We also utilize the laundry room on site before we left which was easy and affordable. We walked to the harbor for dinner several of the nights, which was very close and had many options to choose from. We cook alot of our meals instead of going out and a crockpot and griddle would have been a nice things to have for meal prep.There is only one fan in the master bedroom and for the Spring time that is great, but in the summer months it would be nice to have another one to circulate air. The condo came with 2 camp chairs (not beach chairs)and we used the playmate cooler for food at the beach which was really nice to have. Reviewer Comments: Condo nicely furnished, the location is perfect, gorgeous landscaping, close to harbor and pier BUT I have highly reactive mold allergy with Asthma and from the first night here I struggled with breathing, itching, eyes swollen . It smells musty, I’m guessing the carpet & padding has mold or mildew. I slept with windows open and heat on just to help my asthma. The owners should remove the carpet ASAP, also replace the flat pillows and the shower head. It’s a short walk to the marina to eat out or go on a fishing trip. I love that everything is so close and I don’t have to drive to it. It makes for a relaxing stay. ##### David S. Reviewer Comments: This room had a great balcony facing the central pool area, but you can't see the ocean from it. It was a bit nosy in the evening, but wasn't too bad. Very clean with a bit of heavy chemical cleaner smell, but opening the windows helped. Room had everything you needed to make a good meal without issue and chairs for a visit to the beach. The door needed a little extra love to open and close, but that's basically nitpicking. The property management team was incredibly friendly. We will be back in the future. We did have to deal with constant ants, but i know it was mentioned. The last place i stayed there at same facility had seasoning to cook with and no ants. The bed is very hard and uncomfortable and at sides they fold down. Very worn out. Also cleaning people came on Thursday and opened our door. We said excuse me, we are here, changing.
