Samsung “The Frame” Smart TV with extended cable is provided free of charge. BATHROOM: 2-bath unit. Walk-in shower in the Primary Suite and Tub/shower combo in the Guest bath. SLEEPING: Sleeps 6\. King bed in the Primary bedroom, triple bunk queens in the guest bedroom, plus a Queen Sofa Sleeper in the living room. KITCHEN AND DINING The kitchen is beautiful and features luxury vinyl plank flooring, custom quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen also comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a large farmhouse-style table that seats 6 with 4 chairs and a bench. There are 4 also additional spots at the bar for younger guests or quick bites. LIVING AREAS F14 is newly remodeled and is furnished with all brand new (January 2023) furniture including a large comfortable sofa-sleeper, and two comfortable accent chairs in the living area that your party can relax in after an enjoyable day at the beach. Snuggle up with a good book or watch something on the 55-inch Samsung “The Frame” Picture Smart TV with a Sonos surround sound system. Either sign in to your favorite streaming services and keep up with your favorite shows, or enjoy the cable with 250+ channels included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. Both bathrooms have been completely remodeled. The ensuite primary bathroom, features luxury vinyl plank flooring, a custom tiled walk-in shower, a beautiful vanity area, and a sliding barn door for privacy. This condo was so clean, and new! Loved the view and proximity to fun things to do. We frequent Oceanside and will be back! The complex has many amenities and you could just stay put all week if you wanted to. It’s like a resort! My kids loved the triple decker bunk beds, but as a mom it made me nervous. If you have small kiddos, it might not be for them. But my 12 & 6 year old enjoyed it. There was landscaping construction out the back all week so that was kinda noisy but I think it’s done for now.
