"Don’t stay here unless it’s your very last choice. The hotel is so gross and dirty. I guess you get what you pay for. The drains are full of hair and idk what. Stains all over the “clean sheets”. You can tell they don’t wipe or disinfect anything. Cobwebs and dust all over. Hallways smell crazy. And don’t even get me started on the fridge in the room. Ughh it’s so nasty. I wouldn’t have stayed if I didn’t book in advance and didn’t pay for the protection to get reimbursed, never making that mistake again. "

"Great location in Oceanside! Within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shops. Room was nice and clean, with good AC. Owner was very nice. Will definitely stay again! The only thing I missed was a coffee maker in the room."

"It was a good price and mostly clean, though my first room had a funky mildew smell and a dead cockroach in it. But the downtown Oceanside area is notorious for roaches. The woman running the front desk was pleasant and changed my room for me because of the smell. Great location. In good shape (maintenance wise, paint, furniture condition, etc.). Bed was comfortable. I didn’t try the breakfast. Overall I’d stay here again. "

"Basic. Nothing to write home about. Room was clean and well kept. Nice price for dogs. Great parking. Staff o.k. Limited to no extra's e.g., breakfast. Short distant to the water. "

"If you are wanting a “Planes, Trains, and Automobiles “ experience, this is the place for you. Coaster trolleys and freight trains go by several times an hour, you can hear car traffic, as well as small planes buzzing overhead. The bedframe sticks out and sounds like a kettle drum when you kick it…quite a surprise wake up when the late night urge comes upon you and you are climbing back in the rack. Good luck ironing your clothes, the iron it theater to the board with a short leash. Could see daylight coming in under the door, so lizards and bugs and spiders have free entry. Lastly, the showing was tepid at best, and the pressure was like peeing on a three alarm fire. "

"Breakfast was good. Made that easy to start the day. Jacuzzi was broken . Manager did take 20 off room so that was nice gesture. Shower was hot then cold then hot then cold . A good place to crash but room was basic. Close to pier which was cool. Next to freeway which was easy to navigate but you are next to a major freeway. I"
