Welcome to Fern’s Sea La Vie

  • Over 2500 sq ft. house located in a Cul De Sac. 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 Bath. 2 family rooms. One on the first floor and one on the 2nd floor. Both with 75 inch TV’s. Dedicated dining room that seats 8 with a bar. Eat in Kitchen with island. Laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink. Front fully furnished porch and a fully furnished screened in back porch. Split HVAC systems. Salt Water pool steps away from the house. Towels and sheets included. Beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, snorkel gear, and beach towels also included. Starter shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish soap, dish washer pods, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, toilet paper, and paper towels. Board games, corn hole, kids books, and a a fire pit for lazy days hanging out at the house. There is also grab bars in both downstairs bathrooms for older family members.
