We were a party of six. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The home was very roomy and spacious! We enjoyed the open-floor plan and cooking in the kitchen! There was an outside grill that we cooked on too! We enjoyed eating outside under the gazebo. The neighborhood is quiet and close to a miniature golf place. The home suited our 2 family needs very well. The open living space was superb for gathering together and watching tv. The kitchen and breakfast nook made it so we could all eat together! The home is close to the beach that you could ride bikes, take the trolley, or drive. The kids had a wonderful time at the mini-golf course at the end of the street. No driving needed, we simply waked to the end of the road and played golf and then got ice-cream. It's nice that we could enjoy our vacation with our dog too! Having a fenced yard is a plus! We had an amazing time at the beach house. We were a group of 8 adults and 2 babies. Our family enjoyed the large open concept for gathering together. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, pan, etc. The large extra refrigerator in the garage was amazing to keep our drinks cold! We took advantage of the beach gear and bicycles in the garage. There were indoor and outdoor games for us to play. The gazebo with lights and outside fan were extremely nice and comfortable to relax. We would sit outside at night and have a few drinks while the babies were sleeping. From start to finish everything went smoothly. It was very clean and well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. We were a family of eight people and there was plenty of room for us (ten can also easily fit if four share the bunk-bed room). The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. We especially loved the gazebo porch and being able to take the trolley to the beach. The neighborhood was pleasant and there were a lot of other dogs in it at the time of our stay. We saw deer and a turtle out and about when walking. This location is within walking distance to golf and icecream. There is even a secret tunnel (clearly marked path) under the bridge to get across the street safely. The home was clean. It was also nice to have beach chairs, coolers and an extra fridge in the garage. We did rent bikes as the bikes there were not a good fit for my teen boys but the bike shop is close and it’s 50 ish bucks per bike for the week. The outside seating was perfect as was the grill to make cooking a breeze. I would definitely stay here again :) ##### Katie S. It was a very nice experience. The house was so nice and clean. Very welcoming. So nice to come back to after a day at the beach. The house was close to Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach, and about 20 minutes from Rehoboth. Truly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend. Bethany Beach was a great way to celebrate the New Year with family. The weather was extremely warm...in the 50's. You could not have ask for better weather. The home was extremely clean with lots of household items (linens, dishes, pots & pans, games, etc.)The fenced yard was nice for the children to play and for the adults to play corn hole. There were 3 televisions and an extra refrigerator. Everyone had a fantastic time. Most of the rooms seemed clean enough, but again a terrible smell. The only room that we felt was actually visably dirty was the kitchen and the ceiling fans were filthy. We called Vacasa to tell them about the terrible smell and ask if the bait traps were simply preventative ( 4 bait traps for 10 feet seemed excessive to us). We were told they didnt know if the bait traps were preventative and that they would communicate these issues to the local team and get back with us shortly. Never heard from them. Late Friday nighy I called again and spoke with a rude representative who told us we were just going to have to wait it out for someone to get back with us and deal with it.We drove 10 hrs from out of state to visit our granddaughters and were exhausted. Saturday morning I had to call again and waited another few hours for a call back. They didnt do anything, offer to do anything. They just kept texting me stating they were sorry for the inconvenience and to please communicate any further concerns! We text them over 15 times trying to get assistance. We spent our money and time buying products to help with the smell in the house. We finally got a call back 2 days in with no solution. We already had to stay a night there , had already cleaned, etc. Terrible customer service. We will never, never use a VRBO that this company manages! ##### Ralph L. We absolutely love vacationing at Bethany Beach. It’s known as the quiet resort. This house is an outstanding place to stay! It has all the comforts of home and then some! We cooked on the bbq and sat on the deck under the gazebo and had a few cocktails. It was well lit with outside lights and a fan!
