All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This unit is on the 2nd floor and there is a flight of steps needed to get to the main level from the foyer. The bedroom on the top floor does not have a door at the top of the staircase and has a half-wall that is open to the living room below. The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. The bike seen in the screened deck will not be available for guest use. Items on the desk including computer, printer, shredder, and monitor will not be available for guest use. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware LLC. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. This home was perfect nearby Bethany and all the attractions. We enjoyed the beach, Costal Wilds zoo, and mini golf. Decor was a bit drab, bedding was hard and dry feeling. But other than that it was a beautifully located home, in a very nice neighborhood. no instructions on how to register to use the amenities, no mention that it cost an extra fee in the posting on Expedia, Vacasa had no clue how to help. The door lock code was extremely hard to use. No instructions on how to clean up before leaving. Hard carrying heavy things as it is located on the second floor. The amenities are NOT included so just be aware of that when you book as it’s not in the listing. The amenities require a weekly pass that is 75 bucks a person!!!!!! Most of the issues are with Vacasa which is the company that manages the home. They were hard to communicate with when having issues. The door code is like 10 digits long and we had a lot of issues getting into the home. I was then afraid to lock the door. The bedding is really uncomfortable and the beds are hard but weren’t uncomfortable. Because our rental was in December, I would recommend more blankets. The combination microwave/oven over the stove was not working properly. The oven portion worked but the microwave was not. The cleaning service could also do a deeper cleaning. Pantry floor and under/behind dressers was not clean. Overall though, these were things we were able to deal with.
