In a prime location, you'll be an easy walk (.1 mile) to The Village Pavilion, with its pools, tennis, and fitness center! Almost everything is new in this freshly-painted and carpeted resort getaway! The first floor features the living and dining areas, well-equipped kitchen, den, and the primary suite, while the second floor is home to the remaining two bedrooms and the loft. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests that opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. The pools are located at the community pavilion. (The pool located on October Glory is for owner use only.) Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). This is a really great house in a nice, quiet area of Bear Trap Dunes. There was more than enough room for our family and puppy and we were very pleased. The house was stocked with enough essentials to last a few days as well as extra towels, sheets, and blankets. Some of the nicer features of the house include a big soaking tub with jet stream option and the enclosed back porch with plenty of comfortable seating. All of the appliances in the house worked well also. The only down side I would warn other guests about is the doors on the jack and jill bathroom upstairs- they both lock from the inside and is very easy to get locked out of that bathroom. We had to call maintenance to come help us, which they did come after about 4 hours and he was courteous and polite. I dont think anyone who chooses to rent this home will be disappointed.
