The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages four and older for use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis courts, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase them at the Bear Trap Pavilion. You must show a copy of your rental agreement to purchase passes to access the on-site amenities. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. This property is managed by Vacasa Delaware, LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). It was very clean and comfortable. We spent time at the lovely pool and took the shuttle to the beach (the shuttle stop was right across the street!). The kitchen was well stocked, and the balcony was nice and shady and cool- perfect for an evening meal with friends! We will definitely be coming back here!
