Loft overlooks the living room. This spacious - approximately 1,939 square feet - and well maintained property has a well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and central air conditioning. 3 TVs, 2 DVDs, Blu-Ray, Gas fireplace, Wifi. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. The primary bedroom has a comfortable bed and is separated enough from the rest of the house to help with a good night sleep. This is our third stay in bear trap. It’s a lovely area, especially since we have friends who stay in a house nearby. You can tell the sheets are balled up and too many are put in the wash/dryer because there was still hair on them. Towels were a little brown and there was a crib on the front porch our entire stay. Also, light bulbs can be replaced and don't have to wait until the start of the season either. While there was someone to text with to let know of the problems, nothing was resolved. The kitchen was fully equipped. Laundry supplies provided. Linens provided was a huge plus. Enough room to relax and enjoy our vacation. The fireplace was a nice touch on a cold rainy night. The covered deck was so nice for breakfast. Very quiet and private. Only issue was the light out in the bathroom toilet room was out (which we replaced since it was so dark) and the vent needed to be cleaned. Would definitely stay again. ##### Ashley M.
