The house was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the living room and dining room furniture was great. The only problem we had was, according to my very technical son. The TV's and the Roku is very outdated and took a long time to even change a channel at times. We tried using our own Amazon and Netflix accounts but it was more aggravation than it was worth. If you are going here and need entertainment for your kids bring you own Roku, that make might it a little more accomodating. The internet coming into the house was great, it's just the outdated equipment that needs replacing. All of that being said the house is still a nice place to come back to at the end of the day (at least for me, not so much those of us who depend on television) ##### Deborah F. None of the 4 TV’s worked properly. Very complicated TV/cable, even vacasa could not figure the issue. Cable should be updated. Only a small portion of the lights worked. The unit is so far from the clubhouse, pool and courts. Unit did not have access to pool that was right outside the front door. Pool is for homeowners only. Would have been nice to mention in the description. Very inconvenient to drive two kids to the pool and playground every day. This was our 2nd stay in this unit and some upgrades appear to have been made since our last visit a few years ago. Everything else was clean, and we were impressed that we did not find much dog hair on furniture etc, especially since it is a dog friendly property. The internet connection was poor, which was an issue for us since my husband was taking online college courses, and that was a necessity for us. We personally did not like that heating and cooling came from the vents on the floor-especially in the bathroom when you are getting out of the shower, and the kitchen, when cooking. Overall the property met our basic needs. I would also recommend putting in the description that although the location is across from the pool, you do not have access to it, because it is the pool only for homeowners and their guests. ##### Janna O. Was everything we expected and more. Offseason brings solitude to Bear Claw Dunes resort, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. We, with our 12-year old son, greatly enjoyed the Pavilion indoor pool and we also enjoyed traveling around the Bethany Beach/Rehoboth areas. Cheers! ##### James W. One tiny suggestion would be to change shower head in master bath it's clogged with sediment. We would definitely stay here again. Not a negative against our condo, but the upstairs renters had 5 kids and 4 adults and 2 dogs. The one dog barked and howled the entire time the people weren't home. The kids made so much noise we couldnt get our afternoon naps. ##### Gail B.
