  • Welcome to Porter Clause — a calm, well-appointed 1-bedroom retreat designed for comfort, simplicity, and coastal ease. The open, comfortable living area invites you to slow down, settle in, and enjoy the relaxed rhythm of Ocean Springs.
    Located in the Porter Avenue district, guests enjoy access to the community pool, picnic and grill area, on-site laundry, and golf cart storage/charging. Downtown Ocean Springs — known for its restaurants, live music, and walkable charm — is just minutes away.
    House Rules

    Welcome! We hope you enjoy your stay and feel right at home. We just ask that you keep a few things in mind during your visit.

    No smoking or vaping inside the property. This includes the pool area.

    Please be respectful of the neighbors. Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially at night. Parties and events are not allowed.

    Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Please let us know if you plan to have additional visitors at the property.

    Please take care of the home. If something gets damaged or broken during your stay, just let us know. Accidents happen, and we`d rather know about them so we can take care of things properly.

    Pets are only allowed when approved for the property. Please clean up after your pet and do not leave pets unattended if they are not comfortable being alone.

Great place and great host!! Just air condition was very confusing to work and there was a lack of toilet paper. Also the listening stated a sofa bed which was not provided, but the host offered an air mattress we were just not informed of this until check in. Otherwise great property!!
