Updated kitchen, master bedroom with king bed, loft with queen bed, and the den has a couch for the perfect nap. Bring your kayaks to cruise the canal, or go to beach and fly kites. Cute place in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. It's starting to show a bit wear and tear, but most things were functional (almost couldn't take a shower as the bath to shower switch over wouldn't completely switch). Kinda wanted to have a fire in the backyard, but didn't feel safe due to the encroachment of the hedges and trees. The kitchen was great and the king size bed was nice. The view through the windows was great, just wish they had set up the curtains to open outward so they wouldn't block the center view from the living room. Thanks for letting me and my doggo stay!

The house was perfect for our 2 night stay. Beds were comfortable, nice hot water,great views of the canal and deer friends visited us also. Quiet neighborhood and great food options in town. Beach was awesome!

Annual Family Getaway

This spotless A-frame cottage was a fantastic choice for our family. It was close to everything worth doing in OC, and came with all the essentials. We had a blast putting together several puzzles and cooking together in the very well equipped kitchen.

Great little cottage in a beautiful location. Loved the walk to the beach but really appreciated the quiet canal view. Well appointed kitchen, pretty little touches with the towels folded on the beds, and bright airy space. Will be booking again.

Great Space on the Canal

Quiet, private and very clean! We enjoyed watching the deer and birds. The house is lovely and well cared for. Very convenient to town and beach access away from the crowds. Would love to go back!
