"Property was extremely nice and well kept. The walk to the beach is not bad at all but know that there are stairs to get up and over the dune. Nothing crazy, just prepare for 20-25 stairs.The property manager is very responsive and we had no problems getting what we need.Dont hesitate to stay here, everything you need is close by."

"I wish there were reviews at the time I booked because I would have changed my mind. This house was not only left dirty from the previous renters (after cleaning service cleaned) but also is dirty and needs major cleaning. Couches were dingy and needed sheets over them for us to feel comfortable sitting on them. Floors were dirty. Bedroom fans have a layer of dust on them. There were fingernails left on the back of the couch and the windowsill. The vents were blowing dust onto beds and the upstairs AC was not functioning. Vacasa sent out a repair guy who changed the dirty air filters which fixed the issue. One out of three coffee pots worked. I usually don’t review but I wouldn’t feel right if I didn’t. I wish there were reviews when I was booking our trip. Vacasa was very helpful and we have never had issues before this listing. The house was a few minute walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were nice and the kids loved the downstairs pool table. The house is situated on a cul-de-sac which made it nice for the kids to bike and hang out. I feel like this house needs to be deeply cleaned and you would be able to look past the updating that needs to be done."

"This trip is on my top 5 favorite vacations. I brought my 84 year old mother and 19 year old daughter to Corolla for the first time ever. We came to celebrate my daughter’s 19th birthday and we had such a wonderful time. The only downfall was that my 84 year old mother could not access the beach due to all the stairs to the beach. We drive down to the ADA access ramp, which was fine. We loved the location if the home and felt like we were at home with comfort. We plan to come back hopefully next year. I would recommend this house to anyone."
