Absolutely clean and great staff!

Very nice apt in an amazing location! The balcony & view were - WOW. Shame we were there in winter so too cold to sit outside. Nice to be above the various restaurants. Great to have a bath.

The hotel was fabulous but not impressed with Joondalup

I've just returned from an excellent two weeks in Perth at the Quality Resort. WiFi was free which was a huge cost-saving compared to other hotels in Perth over the two weeks. TransPerth busses and trains are regular and cheap, download their app for more details. I usually book a car for a holiday like this but didn't this time which again saved money, another advantage of the location and public transport. There is virtually every variety of dining available at Hillarys but...

Lovely hotel close to all the delights of Subiaco. Only an overnight stay for us but enjoyed the experience.

Clean, spacious comfortable room with complimentary wine. High quality, comfy well interior decorated room. Would stay again if given the chance.

Efficient airport shuttle. Nice room . Good food for n the dining room

The room was spacious and had a fridge, kettle, tea/coffee and bottled water. There was a fridge in a communal area with free bottled water. The staff were very helpful when the keycards stopped working. You also get 10% discount on food downstairs in the bar. Very noisy though and even with earplugs in I could hear the music. It went on til 11pm some nights - which wasn't ideal when we had early starts for day trips, and started at 7am some mornings.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nautica, despite getting locked in the car park when we first arrived, which was hilarious. To any future guests, don't follow someone in to park your car before getting the key! The location was spot on, the bus stop outside was super convenient too and the coffees across at Me me Joan's was lovely! The staff were really helpful and the roof top bar/restaurant served the most amazing food!

We arrived at 9pm plus local time when most shops had closed and the weather is very cold outside. The reception has also closed but we managed to call someone using the phone provided. Ming Fong the receptionist from singapore who is also a master student there, is very thoughtful and sincere in helping us with registration. She purposely turned on the heater just for us and walked us to our room. She explained clearly on what are the things we need to know. Thanks for the sincere services....

Staff could not have been more helpful. We arrived after a very long series of flights from Scotland in the early hours of the morning. Reception were helpful and the shuttle driver saw us safely to our room with our bags. They provided a late checkout which we could have extended if needed. Great start to our visit thank you.

Stayed 4 nights - was a great location - 2nd time staying here by myself, felt safe and secure. Was a great little cabin with everything you need in it 😊
