Located just steps from the beach, this exquisite new construction home on Ocean Isle's east end is professionally furnished and designed. With six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, this property is excellent for big families or groups of friends looking to spend quality time together at the beach. The gorgeous pool and deck area at It's A Good Life At The Beach are perfect for sunbathing and backyard barbecues. Recently added hot tub!!



LIVING AREA:

The main living room is located on the top floor of this open-concept home with a reverse floor plan and has tall vaulted ceilings that provide an airy and spacious area to relax after a long day at the beach. Step through the extra wide sliding glass door to the back patio deck and enjoy views of the pool, the island, and even the beach! A large flat-screen television and comfortable couch can be found in the second living area, which is on the first floor of the house. Additional items like pack n play, highchair, paddle boards and bikes provided!



KITCHEN & DINING:

The large gourmet kitchen, open to both the dining area and the main living room, is perfect for cooking, meal prepping, and entertaining and offers plenty of counter space and storage. This fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook family meals, including small appliances and other kitchen utensils. There is seating for six at the massive kitchen island with a stunning white quartz countertop and seating for eight at the dining table. Not to mention a 2nd refrigerator in the garage for more storage!



BED & BATH

This home provides space for everyone with six bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms. On the main level, there are four bedrooms. The spacious first-floor master suite offers comfort and convenience with a built-in closet that makes unpacking a breeze, a private en suite bathroom with a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The secondary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a private en suite. The third bedroom has a king sized bed and shares a bathroom with the bunkroom. The bunkroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds as well as direct access to the shared bath, which features a double vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. The two remaining bedrooms are located on the top floor of the house. The bedroom on the top right has a queen sized bed (this bedroom does not have direct access to a bathroom; there is a half-bath located right outside the door in the hallway). The bedroom on the top left has a king-sized bed and a beautifully decorated bathroom with one-of-a-kind black textured tiles for the shower surround.



OUTDOOR AREAS:

Enjoy the spectacular views from the two levels of expansive decks, featuring sun enjoyment and shade reprieve. Take a dip in the sparkling pool, surrounded by plenty of seating. The beach is roughly a 3 minute walk from the house to either the High Point Street beach access or to the beach access point at 391 East First Street. Rinse off at the outdoor shower after fun-filled beach days. Enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets on the private east end of Ocean Isle Beach.



GUEST ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS:

This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.



POOL HEATING INCLUDED



The pool is open year round, however between April 1 - Oct 31 the heater will be on and typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pool pump is running and typically the pump does not run at night due to time schedule.



*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31*. If you want us to attempt to heat the pool during this time we can for a cost of $75 per day for your entire stay, but once again, we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures.



The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.

Bicycles and Golf Carts are easy to rent from local businesses and are a fun way to get around the island during your stay.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:



Your cleaning fee does include whole house linen and towel rental fee. Linen and towel service includes top and fitted sheets per bed, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.



**(Last minute bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens).



We highly recommend trip insurance and will not give any refunds for weather related trip interruptions or cancellations as well as any other situations that may cause you not be able to travel or use the property.



Due to homeowner severe allergies, some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals PRIOR to booking.



While you paid a cleaning fee, if you leave the home excessively dirty and don’t follow check out procedures, an additional cleaning charge may apply that you will be responsible for paying.



Included in your reservation is a security deposit insurance policy that can cover you for accidental damages to the home or contents, however all damages may not be covered and if denied, you will be liable / responsible for paying any damages in their entirety.



You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including children) must be 26 years old or older. We do not allow people to book for other people, the person who makes and pays for the reservation must also stay in the home.



Sorry, NO house parties, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind.



NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise (you will be charged a $500 fee if this rule is broken).



NO charcoal grills, fire pits, or deep fryers are permitted on premise.



Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and peace of mind.



Please note if there is a fireplace, it is decorative only and not to be used.



We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.
