Beautiful new Custom Oceanfront home with XL covered decks, pool and elevator.

  • OCEAN FRONT 5 Bedroom, 6.5 Baths, sleeps 22. Picture yourself as one of our first guests in this beautiful, New for 2017 ocean front beach home. Endless Summer is a custom built 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath gem that is professionally decorated and furnished for your maximum enjoyment. We've tried hard to think of everything you will need to make your next vacation your best. Endless Summer has an extra-large 14'x26' pool Heating is extra for $100 per day. The pool also has a nearby bathroom. The home has a wood-paneled elevator, very large kitchen, extra large covered and open front decks, state of the art electronics, and best of all...right on the ocean! Endless Summer features hickory flooring on the third floor of this reverse floor plan with beautiful tile on the second floor family room and plush carpet in each of the bedrooms. Enjoy unbelievable ocean views, half covered and half uncovered, from the top deck. From the second deck enjoy covered ocean views and a view of the kids playing in the pool below. The beautiful gourmet kitchen was designed with large gatherings in mind with a center island, custom cabinetry, quartz counter tops, stainless appliances, and all new cookware and equipment. Two dishwashers keep all the dishes clean and a beverage refrigerator and a separate ice machine helps keep all your drinks cool on hot summer days. Unlimited hot water is always available simultaneously for all six showers (5 inside, 2 outside) from two Rinnai tank less, on demand gas hot water heaters. And, there are no keys to share as there is a key less entry that will be changed to accommodate each new guest.
    Pack light, because all linens are provided including sheets and towels for the bedrooms. We also provide limited towels for the pool. Our bedding is cotton and comfortable along with our towels. We have been vacationing in Ocean Isle Beach for over 22 years with our friends and extended family and we've done our best to incorporate what we loved about our best vacations into this house. Great location and beautiful house. Loved all the outdoor seating since we had beautiful weather. Kitchen was well stocked. Great bathroom towels. Only small thing is the 1 time I didn’t bring beach towels they didn’t have any, but if I would have read initially the full description it does say to bring just normally they have always been a staple. We also brought a small tent for my 1 year old grand daughter and didn’t realize the beach has tent restrictions. Again saw when we got there was not a big deal but just adding as additional information. Hope to be back!Go Blue

Ocean Isle Beach Incredible Vacation Home!

The home was perfect for our family vacation! Of course the location (right on the beach) was perfect, but in addition the amenities the home provided were also perfect. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious with great finishes. The kitchen was enormous; well stock with cooking and eating items - the best was the separate ice maker perfect for afternoon frozen cocktails. The pool and pool furnishings were perfect for early morning and late afternoon relaxation time. We had stayed two years ago in another of Dave's house which was incredible and was very much looking forward to our stay in this house - and it was just as if not more incredible. Thank you Dave and Amy!

Wonderful Beach House / Excellent Host

Perfect Beach house for our family. Very Clean, and well kept. We had some issues with the appliances, however they were resolved quickly and efficiently. During those problems David was very respectful and did his best to work with us through the ordeal. We know you can't predict when an appliance is going to act up and it is not the host's fault. David handled it the best he could and made things right with us. We will be staying here again next year.

Amazing home, amazing views, amazing memories!

This was our second year staying at David and Amy's beach house and we loved it even more the second year! When we arrived the home and pool were cleaned and ready for our stay. Bedrooms/bathrooms are spacious and very comfortable. We are a family that cooks all our meals at the house, so having a kitchen that is well stocked, spacious enough for multiple people prepping and conversating, and all the amenities (separate ice maker is a PLUS) made cooking and eating in a joy! Pool, patios, and decks are very spacious and well equipped with chairs and rockers to relax the afternoon and evenings away! Location is one of the best we have stayed at in Ocean Isle IMHO - 1.5 miles from the pier and 1 mile from the east end inlets - all great for morning runs/walks. Even before we left at the end of our week the family was asking (begging) that we come back again next year - and we surely will! Thank you (again) David and Amy!

Impeccable Beachfront Gem

This oceanfront beauty is impeccably designed, decorated and maintained. Most oceanfront rentals, particularly in an older area like Ocean Isle, have that layer of “beach gunk” but this gorgeous home was spotless! So well equipped, from the kitchen supplies to surround sound speakers even at the pool. One of the best ocean rentals we’ve ever stayed in.

What a lovely property! The house is immaculate and everything was of the highest quality. We especially enjoyed some of the conveniences the house offered - the elevator, the two dishwashers and the ice maker! The location couldn't be beat with unobstructed ocean views. The outdoor furniture was plentiful on all levels of the house. Amy and Dave were exceptional to work with. Will definitely will return!

Lovely Stay.

We, as a family, so enjoyed our time in this home. The kitchen is amazing! The faucet drips a bit if not shut off at just the right angle, they may want to look at that. Also whatever the showers are cleaned with leaves the insert VERY slippery, almost lost the mom there! a rubber mat may help. Overall we enjoyed it. Thank you.

Absolutely Beautiful!

This house is by far, the nicest one on the beach! The beach itself is wonderful. We loved the fact that it wasn’t crowded and we found our stay to be very relaxing. Myrtle Beach is only about a 45 min drive so we went there several times and were able to come back to the house and relax by the pool. Definitely a great place to go to get away from it all. Dave was great to communicate with. He responded to all of my emails and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. OIB is a place worth visiting and a place we look forward to coming back to!

Stunning views, outdoor living and comfort

We travelled as a group of adults celebrating some milestone birthdays and interest in enjoying the beautiful Carolina coast. The well-appointed Endless Summer House allowed us to spread out for quiet moments as well as numerous comfortable gathering areas, both inside and out, to have some fun. We particularly appreciated the large 3rd floor deck off the living/dining area for wave watching and even saw some dolphins! Happy hours on the deck or by the pool as well as cooking great seafood meals were also highlights and the kitchen had just about everything we could ask for. The location was terrific for long walks along the sand and never felt busy to us. Thank you for sharing you stunning home with us!

Stunning Beach Home

Our whole family, my husband and me along with two adult sons and spouses and 2 grandkids each stayed here last week. The location was amazing! The views from the decks was incredible! The pictures of the home were just as we found it. We enjoyed all our meals in and had everything we needed to prepare these meals. The linens and towels provided were a godsend since that was one thing we didn’t have to bring. We were the only ones who drove so it would have added so much more to our long list of beach must haves. David was wonderful to work with and answered all my questions promptly. Thank you,David for allowing us to use your beautiful home for a week. By the way, grocery stores and fresh seafood markets were close by. Everything very convenient. Our only regret was it was over too quickly.

Spectacular “Endless Summer”

This homes was perfect for our large family. The owners really thought of everything for a high quality vacation rental. The decks were huge with beautiful furniture and plenty of seating and the views were beyond spectacular. The kitchen was great for cooking large meals and the dining areas were plenty big. The private walkway to the beach was so nice - and the beach was wonderful and not crowded. There is not a public access area close to the house - keeping our part of the beach truly private for the homes in that section of the beach. The pool area was very nice as well. We had a fun time swimming and playing cornhole on the pool deck and having lunch and snacks by the pool. The bathroom by the pool is very convenient for both swimming and the beach. If we had one complaint it was that the pool water was very cold and it took a long time to get used to it. Everything else was on point, and we definitely plan to book this house again!!

Perfect fall getaway

Everything about our October getaway to the beach was perfect. Perfect weather (still warm enough to swim in the ocean and pool), perfect location (not crowded at all) and perfect home. The house was beautiful - tastefully decorated, beautiful furnishings, and stocked wonderfully. You truly do not need to pack any beach toys, chairs, or accessories - there is everything you can imagine needing in the storage room by the pool. The kitchen was not lacking in anything. Every appliance you can think of needing (ice machine was my favorite) We even decided to bake Halloween cupcakes with the kids and were thrilled to see the kitchen even had a cupcake pan - it seriously had anything we could think of needing. Location was perfect and the decks had the most wonderful rocking chairs (I even had to get the brand so I could order some for my personal home) and the most amazing views of the ocean. David was a wonderful host and extremely welcoming and personable. We would definitely stay here again!
