We found the property to be better than the listing implied. The location is fantastic within the Starboard by the Sea complex. Very close to two beach accesses and the complex pool overlooking the ocean. The steps were not too many for our older visitors to navigate. More amenities than expected, including soaps, detergent, basic toiletries, and kitchen basics.

We had a great stay. The place was stocked with everything we needed, clean, and a cool retreat from the hot sun. We really enjoyed the comfy beds and the ease of access to the pool and beach! My kids had fun playing board games at night and spending as much time as possible in the water. The property also had extra beach necessities that we happened to forget! I would bring the family back and stay again!

Stayed 5 nights in July 2026. Condo was clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured. Parking was great , short flight of stairs to the door. The beach entrance across the street was also close. The beachfront pool is nice. Our host provided booking info before we rented. Very quick response to our inquiry. Check in was done through email so we were able to go right to the unit. The condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. Ocean Isle Beach is beautiful....our first visit there. We would definitely stay at this property again. Thanks to our host for a stress free vacation.Mike and Rose
