With light streaming in from all directions creating a fresh, active, easy living feel. Follow the sun by relaxing in the 2nd balcony at the front of the property and listen to the waves.
Master bedroom with ensuite and large walk in robe with views towards the Barwon River, a Separate Powder room and toilet service upstairs for guests.
The private secluded garden is the perfect place to relax or give a safe space for the kids to play, complete with outdoor shower to wash off the sand and have your pet secure in the yard too.
