"We stayed here a couple of times and it’s always as advertised. Great stay, super convenient, great staff. Within walking distance to tour, cruise and speed boats. We walked over to the Sea Rocket and popular Laynards restaurant. We have stayed at other locations on the boardwalk that we rate very high. The difference is those hotels have better things in the hotel, like a restaurant while Park Place can’t be beat for its location"

"The room was very clean and very close to the beach. I only gave 4 stars for the property maintenance because I didn’t like that no one had cleaned the pool when my daughter and I got in it the morning before we departed. Other than the pool, every thing was very well kept; they even had an entertainment room within the lobby and my kids enjoyed sitting in there a couple of times during our stay. The staff were very friendly as well."

"It’s a decent motel for the price we paid last minute. I mean I wasn’t expecting to find any vacancy under $115 at least but I scrolled upon the white marlin motel and they happened to have 2 double beds available for under $100 plus they were in walking distance to the boardwalk and beach… but they do charge a refundable deposit fee i failed to notice before booking as well as a $15 parking spot. The room was a bit small and bathroom was quite small as well. There was a few uneven spots on the floor . Either way i was satisfied with my stay and happy with the outcome…"

"Staff were super friendly, my friend absolutely loved the room, plenty of space for our stuff. Our room was in the back, not ocean front, no deck, but the accessibility to the boardwalk was great! We had a safe and fun time!"

"This property is advertised as a condo, however, it is more hotel like with one big room with a kitchenette dividing it. The view was fantastic from the balcony, the boardwalk was amazing. We did have an issue with the shower not working and missed a day with our family, as we waited for the plumber all day."
