Located in the heart of Ocean City, Maryland, the Atlantis is a unique building with various floor plans to choose from. Each unit includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher and air conditioning. The balconies vary throughout the building; some are open and others enclosed. While the building is oceanfront, direct oceanfront units are ones ending in '06'. Limited ocean view units are '01', '02', and '10'. All other units are considered oceanview. No pets, please. THINGS TO KNOW Angled ocean views Enclosed balcony Outdoor pool open until 10 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Unit 310 was at the end. It was unsettling to say the least. Upon entering the condo, it was very old and in need of many updates. We were trying to keep an open mind about the unit since we would be staying here for the entire week. The app said all towels and bed sheets are in every Vacasa condo, well, they must have forgotten the dingy room at the end of the hall. There was not a towel or sheet around. I tried calling the 800 number, waited forever and didn’t get to speak to anyone. Needless to say, we were tired and wanted to shower so we went out and bought what we needed. This wasn’t an expense we were wanting or expecting and felt we should be refunded since this was unexpected. Finally after many calls and e-mails to Vacasa, I was refunded for the towels and sheets we purchased a week later. Not once did anyone say they were sorry for our inconvenience. Customer service doesn’t exist anymore, they just waNted to get me off of the phone as quickly as possible. I never write reviews, but this was unacceptable and never should have happened. It’s bad enough the unit is less than pleasant, and then to have the necessary items missing is just not how anyone wants to start a vacation. I feel if I wouldn’t have continued calling and emailing Vacasa last week, I would have been forgotten about and never would have been refunded.
