Two bathrooms (1 full, 1 half) Well stocked kitchen Plenty of drawer space in bedrooms Roomy unit Killer sunset views at bay edge Friendly community Cons: Old refrigerator temperamental. Seal doesn't work unless you push it hard on top AND the bottom. Kitchen sink sprayer needs replacing. Beware it spraying you when you turn on the faucet. Funny once. Carpet is very stained. Inner screen door handle fell off a few times when shutting the door. Both bathroom fans were nonoperational. Bathtub/shower unit had a lot of visible mold. But when inside the apartment it was brutally hot the first three days it was 80°. They came to fix it and had to turn off the air for three hours which made it 87° in the house.
