Belmont Towers 201 is a spacious, boardwalk front, three bedroom, three bath condo located between Talbot and Dorchester Streets in downtown Ocean City, Maryland. A sizable patio graces the condo's eastern side providing premium views of the boardwalk and beach for people watching, and of course, a front row vantage of the ocean all day, everyday. The interior of the condo has your needs covered with an amply sized living room with streaming ROKU TV's and fireplace, fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation, jacuzzi tub in the primary bath, and complimentary WiFi. Belmont Towers' amenities are tough to beat featuring private garage parking with two assigned spaces, elevator for ease of access, a fitness room to make sure you get in your daily workout, a putting green to practice before heading to the course, and a fourth floor outdoor pool with sundeck. You could realistically park your car upon arrival and not have to drive anywhere during your stay as restaurants, amusements, convenience stores and shopping are all within walking distance. This property rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any three nights in the off season. Accommodating up to ten guests, bed sizes include a king in the primary bedroom, queen in the 2nd bedroom, two doubles in the 3rd bedroom, and if needed, a queen sleep sofa in the living room. Guest must provide sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. A washer and dryer is provided for your convenience. ----An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. ----Non-smoking Non-vaping. No pets please. Beautiful home, great location!

The home is very nice and the location was perfect. The only complaint we have is that there wasn't much supplied. There was 1 pod for the dish washer, very little dish soap, very little hand soap, no paper towels and very little toilet paper.

Best Place on the Boardwalk

I have been doing a girls trip for about 20 years now and have stayed all over Ocean City. This one twice and it is the best so far. The location is everything! The owner and property managers were great to work with and we hope to be back next year! Our only complaint is the trash trucks wake you up every morning around 5:30-6:00 am :( Unfortunately that happens at a lot of places on the boardwalk. Otherwise we highly recommend it.

Difficult to move stuff from car to room

3 hours we tried to find a “suitcase cart” Never did find one. Anyone with children knows how much stuff you travel with. It was a difficult process without the cart

It’s was a great condo only two issues the beds were very hard to sleep on we put pillows under us to sleep the other issues was the furniture was falling apart the kitchen table was great but the chairs were very loose and broken but we had a awesome time the location was the best we will be coming back me and my family love the Belmont towers

We stay at the Belmont every year and had very high expectations for this condo. The Pros: It is a corner unit on the second floor and has a large ocean front balcony overlooking the boardwalk so people watching was good. Spacious 3 bedroom condo with a great Frdge with icemaker. Cons: The AV speaker system did not work and the speaker on the balcony speakers were cut. The condo appeared to be lacking in general maintenece as the front door was in bad shape and rusty. Most units have a keypad entry but this one did not, we had to carry a key with us and there were only 2 keys for 4 adult guests. The furniture was low end and the beds were terrible, The mattresses were so hard that we were barely able to sleep and woke up with back pain every morning. We were hopeful to be rested from this vacation byt unfortunately the beds prevented that outcome. Will be booking a different unit next year.
