  • This well-located 2-bedroom unit on 12th Street is just steps from the beach and close to the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and main attractions. It’s the perfect home base for families, groups, and Senior Week guests looking to enjoy everything Ocean City has to offer. Condo is within walking distance to the inlet and music festivals and only 2 blocks from the White Marlin weigh in.

    The unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests:
    Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
    Bedroom 2: One Queen bed and Two Twin beds

    The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and dishes. Beach chairs are available for guest use and are stored in the box outside for your convenience. A designated parking spot is available for your convenience.

    Please note, this property is not pet friendly.

    Complimentary fresh sheets and a towel package are included with every reservation of three nights or more, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. This includes two sheets for each sleeping surface, pillowcases for all pillows, and a full towel set for each guest (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth per guest). For hygiene and sanitation purposes, linens are professionally prepared, sealed in plastic, and provided in a package. Guests will be responsible for making their own beds upon arrival.

Great location! Having a private parking spot over the 4th was most convenient too! This place has fresh look online and has fresh paint and was clean inside but if you know OCMD it’s really one of those places that has a lived in feel. That doesn’t bother me at all but if you are looking for immaculate new wall to wall this is not it. It was perfect for one dad and 3 teenage boys who didn’t spend much time inside anyway. The linen service, towels and bed sets kept us from having to lug our own which was a plus. Place is well stocked with necessities and had full cabinet of spices, dishes, glasses, pot pans, etc etc was pleasantly supplied. No central AC but the window unit cooled the entire place. Good communications, The host called right back because I had some questions about VRBO listing. Overall good experience with great location and ementies included.
