The building features a heated outdoor pool, making it a great choice even during cooler weather. Inside, the condo is well-appointed with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, soft-close cabinets, new carpets, and newly remodeled bathrooms. For entertainment and convenience, the unit includes three Smart TVs, free WiFi, cable with a family/entertainment package, and Netflix with guest login, as well as a washer and dryer. Maximum occupancy is six guests, and the condo includes one assigned parking space. Please note: the building requires a $50 registration fee upon arrival for parking and amenity access. Great location, very convenient to the beach and to restaurants. Condo is exactly as described, very clean, bright. Kitchen and bathrooms feel recently refreshed. Would gladly come back here again!
