Sea Watch 401 - oceanfront 2 br/den/2 baths for 8, pools, game room, exercise room and more!

  • Located on the Ocean Front corner of the Sea Watch building enjoy beautiful sunrise's over the Atlantic ocean every morning while listening to the relaxing sounds of the beach from your balcony. This is a 2 bed 2 bath condo with a bonus den room and the unit sleeps up to 8 people. The unit has 4 T.V.s,( 3 cable ,1 Smart no cable) basic cable and free WIFI. The building offers 3 pools, basketball court, arcade, movie theater and so much more! (This is a smoke free building! The building does not allow smoking/ vaping anywhere on the premises. Anyone caught smoking anywhere is a violation of this lodging agreement and the agreement will be terminated, and you will be evicted. ) The Sea Watch condominium charges a non-refundable registration fee due upon arrival for parking and building amenities (cash only). Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
