Great location with easy access to the boardwalk. Very lively vibrant theme and all staff (reception, maintenance and housekeeping were excellent. Will stay again for sure.

Not bad. Use the set of parking spaces by the candy store if you have an suv, the set directly in front were marked by a leprechaun, very tight.

The Hotel was in the heart of down town. The boardwalk shops dining options. Great staff, clean and everything you would want it to be . Would stay again !

The room was clean & comfortable. Loved the view from our balcony. It had everything in it we wanted. The staff was accomodating and helpful, especially Fioina who was wonderful and made us feel so special. We are making Park Place our permanent go-to place when ever we come to Ocean City!

Misleading description. I booked a Bayview (added cost) room and it's not. there is a view of the bay, about a half mile away and across 6 lane (noisy) high way. I went to the desk and they said I could change rooms for an added cost.

Loved that it was right next to the boardwalk & beach. Also, a lot of shops & restaurants are within walking distance. Including an art gallery that is right next door. The staff is super friendly and cleanliness is top tier. 10/10 would recommend and book again.

Have stayed at this hotel numerous times over past few years. Was surprised the outdoor heated pool was open. Didn’t know about that, even after all the winter stays we have made on girls trip weekends

Everyone was super nice and the hotel was nice. Looks like they have remodeled an older hotel and they did a great job. I would definitely go there again and recommend. It is right in the boardwalk so very walkable even if it was to cold for us to do much walking lol!
