  • Constellation House 207 is a mid rise condominium conveniently located oceanfront midtown on 52nd street. This one bedroom, 1 1/2 bath condo features all the comforts of home, including air conditioning, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, CD player, and internet, also includes 1 parking spot. Bed sizes include one queen, one full and a queen sleep sofa. Guest supplies sheets, towels, soap and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Property rents Saturday - Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season.
    Non-smoking Non-Vaping. No pets, please.
    Please note, smoking is not allowed in unit or in any of the common areas other than the designated outdoor smoking area.
    Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
