Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Only gave it 3 stars because the parent company would not work with us for a partial refund because of a major nor’easter storm!!! We came in good faith, but the weather was bad and dangerous. In fact we barely got out early because the streets were flooded! I will NOT be using that company again and I probably will not use Expedia again because they also were no help. -~Charlie
