    A non-refundable $59 damage protection fee is collected at booking through VRBO and covers accidental damage during your stay. Please report any incidents as soon as they occur.

The property was clean and the owners quickly responded when any issues came up. There were not many cooking pans/pots or utensils/silverware for eating in. We were 1 of 2 condos in the group and luckily the other condo had more kitchen supplies and did the cooking. Great view from both balconies.

The view was great, condo clean, resort amenities wonderful when weather is not sunny or hot. Indoor swimming pool and ice skating rink, snack bar with ice cream and morning coffee provides alternatives. Would surely book here again!

Beachfront condo

Perfect beach getaway in a lovely beachfront condo. Nice amenities for the entire family. Reef restaurant was quite good, drinks at the outdoor bar were wonderful as well.

Great location

It was very clean and the host was great! Checkin process was easy. Would definitely stay again. It is a little loud on the balcony from the AC unit in the front so you cant hear the ocean but the view is amazing!

End of summer getaway

The property was perfect for our short stay. Spacious common area clean & organized. Enjoyed the beach, indoor & outdoor pools. Lots to do on and nearby the property. Close to Fenwick eateries… as well as OC restaurants.

The Place We’ve Been Looking For

We have been staying different places in OV for years, searching for the ONE. Well we have now found it. This is right on the beach, tons of activities for kids, and a fantastic property. We can’t wait to stay again next year and every year after that !

Summer break getaway

Great location and wonderful condo with beautiful views of the beach and bay. We were even able to watch the fireworks from Northside park by stepping outside the door. The owner was very responsive to inquiries. Location is great and we were able to walk to many places. We had our sons and their friends (ages 12 to 14) and the kids were able to easily walk to get ice cream, play mini golf and even ventured down to 94th street to play basketball😀

Family Getaway OCMD 2023

The condo was a great size for our family of 5. The amenities were great for the purpose of our stay. We hit a day of inclimate weather & never had to step outside to keep our kids entertained. The check-in & check-out process were easy. The availability of carts for transporting luggage was a great help, as was the loading zone. A couple of shopping carts for groceries would be a great add on.

Great for a quick get away

Place was clean and tidy. However, if you plan on cooking they don't have any mixing size bowls or equipment for cooking for a family of 5. No skillets, mixing bowls, or even cooking sheets for the oven. We had our 3 small grandchildren with us and cooking breakfast was quite challenging! Parking was a pain and elevators are slow to get to and from our condo.

Summer Family Vacation

Good hotel amenities for the kids (indoor & outdoor pools, ice skating, games, etc.). Condo was a bit smaller than we thought it would be, and beds were small for 4 adults + 2 kids, might be better suited for 2 adults + 2 kids. Only big frustration was folks on the floor below us often smoked marijuana on their balcony, which we didn't want the 1 year old and 3 year old around, and the property security said they couldn't really view the condo balconies to find who it was. Not the fault of this condo owner, but the security should find a better way to monitor for it.

Excellent beach view from the balcony! The four chairs made for enjoyable mornings and evenings. There was plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. Most of the amenities were excellent (bathrooms, kitchen, air conditioning, etc.). The WiFi signal was great in the bedrooms, but it was not very reliable in the main room or on the balcony. Also, it would have been nice for there to be some instructions for operating the TVs; it took some trial and error to figure out which remote controlled which functions. Overall, I would recommend this listing to others, and I would stay again.

This location was absolutely perfect 🤩. The views were amazing! The comfort of the beds and lounge space refreshing. The host was available if we needed them but I didn’t because everything was provided before hand and the place was just as the amenities stated. I’ve put a on this listing to be sure to return in the future
