Enjoy decorator furnishings, free WiFi access, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, and five TVs and a DVD player throughout the home, including a flatscreen HDTV in the living room. You'll have two large soaking tubs, a full-size washer/dryer, central air conditioning, and two reserved, covered parking spaces to make your stay all the more convenient and stress-free. What's nearby: This condo sits only half a block from the beach in Ocean City and within a short stroll of many popular shops, restaurants, and activities, including Seacrets, Macky's Bayside Bar & Grill, Candy Kitchen, Chauncey's Surf Shop, Odyssea Watersports, Maui Golf, and Fager's Island. Things to know: Gourmet kitchen Outdoor shower Elevator Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property.
