  • Summer Palace 30-N is an inviting condominium located on the ocean block. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a furnished balcony overlooking a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood with a glimpse of the ocean. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week!

    The living room is furnished with a comfortable couch, two matching arm chairs, a fireplace, and a television. The futon doubles as a full-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off the living room is a dining area, perfect for meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a television, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. Both bedrooms have new vinyl plank flooring. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!
