It offered all the amenities we needed in a condo in a convenient location near everything, including the beach! The unit smelled clean upon entry but the only complaint was that it still felt sandy under our feet and the bath mats were soaking wet and needed to be cleaned. Two additional things to consider before booking is that it’s right on coastal highway so it was a little noisy at night with the cars driving by. Also, there is no elevator so we had to keep our beach cart in the car.
