Beautiful condo
The condo itself was very nicely taken care of and beautiful. The master bed was very very firm. The main bathroom bathtub had some drainage issues. But other than that everything was wonderful.

Arrived at check in time, condo was ready and clean. Everything was as described only thing I would change is new mattress in both bedrooms. Contacted management for small problem and response was quick and courteous

Great place!
We would definitely rent again. Layout was great with three teens. Nice to have an in unit laundry room, was also great for storage. The unit was at the top of the steps so quick beach access and close to the under unit parking space. Having the indoor pool was great for the rainy day we had. Walking distance to restaurants and mini golf. Very close walking distance to the beach. Very quiet unit.

Summer bacation

We had a great stay at this condo. The location was great and easily walkable to an uncrowded portion of the beach. We had all of the amenities we needed and plenty of space. It made for a very enjoyable stay in Ocean City!

Comfortable Condo Close to the Beach
Everything about this place, from parking and check-in to location and amenities to the inside of the property, was excellent! My girlfriend and I spent a 4-day weekend here with our friends. The parking was conveniently located beneath the condo with space for two cars. The check-in was a breeze with instructions from the property manager and contactless access to the property. The condo was located right along Coastal Highway and just one block to beach access. The rental also included an indoor pool onsite which was clean and private to those staying in the condos. Within our unit, we had access to all of the cooking items we needed, were provided beach chairs and a cart, and had three TVs with streaming connectivity available. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. I would recommend that anyone looking to stay in OC considers this place for their stay. You will be happy you did.

Stayed with my family for one week in early August 2022. For the past three years, we had been staying at a different location in North OC but decided a change was needed for various reasons. We came across this unit and the pictures looked decent enough and the price looked appropriate based on those pictures. Checkin process was easy although I did need to contact the owners about where the extra key was. The place was pretty clean upon checkin and it is very nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a little updating. The kitchen is pretty tiny but we weren’t hosting lots of people and only made small meals for the family. Beds were firm but we slept comfortably overall. Be aware that there is a good amount of noise that comes from Coastal Highway but we sleep with white noise so it largely wasn’t a problem for us. Family room was nice with various seating and the TVs throughout worked out just fine with streaming opportunities. Would we rent again? Possibly but we are likely going to change beach towns in the future just to mix things up a bit.

Great place
Enjoyed the stay- great set up, close to the beach, private unit, close to the parking spot. Kitchen a little small but enough for a vacation stay. The first night there were some noisy neighbors but the rest of the stay we were probably one of the couple visitors in the building and it was super peaceful. Thank you!

Good choice for week at the beach
This unit was clean and comfortable, well maintained, easy to access with covered parking, close to the beach, and close to our favorite spots in Fenwick Island. The only (minor) drawback was the balcony facing Coastal Highway, which could get a bit noisy for the person sleeping on the pull-out couch in the living room.

Great location away from the hustle & bustle of downtown.
Located just a short walk away from the beach and you do not need to cross Coastal Highway. Close to many great restaurants and bars, some within walking distance.

The property was a block away from the beach. On a main Street wish was great access to everything. The drawback the 2 bathroom had long hair in the shower, wall and around the hopper. How can that be missed. 2nd we were not able to enjoy the balcony view because the trees in front were covering the view. The tree's need to get trimmed down.

sweet location, wasn't cleaned well
the place and location were lovely, but... especially considering the cleaning fee and extra covid precautions that were stated, it was not very clean. the tables were sticky, there was a marijuana pipe on the coffee table when we arrived, the silverware had dried food on it, a hallway door was detached from its hinges, and there was garbage behind our nightstand. we had to spend our first afternoon cleaning, and didn't really ever feel at home in the space because of this. otherwise the location was great, close to the beach which was lovely and walkable to mini golf, go karts and restaurants.

Great Stay!
The booking process was very easy and smooth, check in as well! The property itself conveniently located 1 block from the beach. Wonderful Location!!! Great amenities like beach chairs and coolers (even though we had our own). Even a beach cart and board games are in the coat closet! Also fridge has a ice machine and about 12 ice trays so another added bonus. Also some Tide pods were provided for laundry and dish liquid not sure if from previous guest or owner. Many items not mentioned on line. My only gripe is the overall cleanliness especially during Covid. To the naked eye everything looked clean and the toilets had the sani tape showing it was cleaned however... The room with twin beds has empty drink bottles and chip bag behind the dresser as if it was thrown back there (items are still there refused to clean that) the master bath had long hair strands in the tub and shower wall(had to clean it). Also the kitchen utensils had food still stuck on them assuming from last guest; many items not properly washed just shoved back in cabinets and drawers dirty. Definitely wash EVERYTHING!! Dining table also has hair strands on the table runner, cleared the table for dinner and cleaned with a lysol wipe grime lifted once cleaned makes me question if the property is actually deep cleaned to current mandated standards or mostly spot clean after each guest use. As long as you dont mind doing some cleaning its amazing. Left some items like garbage bags and aluminum foil for the next guests...love to pay it forward!!! The balcony was great the trees provided added privacy. Parking is convenient and located near the steps to the property nice for unloading and loading the car. Overall GREAT trip! Would definitely give them another shot, would simply appreciate a bit more attention to detail and cleanliness.

Parking availability was good 2 spots on site and on street additional. The kitchen is small but bedrooms and living space decent size. Easy to get to and bring stuff in. Just up short stairs or there is an elevator. With Covid the stairs and quick access without running into people in hallways was helpful. One of the kitchen drawers with utensils needs fixing. It’s dangerous and falls out too easily. I was worried about it landing on toes if you don’t know about it. The washer and dryer work well and allow for a good sized load. Bathrooms all worked well. No problems. The deck is nice and long for the whole family to sit. The trees need to be trimmed back to help with the view a little. Overgrown. The place is beautifully decorated. Very beach and cheery. Clean!! The living room, kitchen, and dining area had Knick-knacks that we needed to move to use the spaces functionally. Maybe have less stuff for renters to use the space and especially for families with young children. Glad I didn’t have to child proof. The beach is a close walk. My teens loved that 5 Guys was right across. They said the indoor pool was cold though. I didn’t try it and that was not one of our priorities. Overall it was a great rental. I’d stay here again.

Tight small cute little place
Tight cute small little place. Sleeps six but really small for six. Highway view blocked by tree brushes. Excellent parking. So many expense rules scared to touch or use anything provided. $25.00 for lost key? Really? Thank God me and my guess held on. Felt set up to break a chair with loose leg. Thank God i had small tools in car to tighten the leg on the chair. Oh by the way no charge for the labor on my vacation.

Hi Juan, I'm sorry you felt like we had too many rules. The fee you're referring to is for the pool key that's provided. This is what the bldg charges to replace it, should a guest lose it or take it home and not return it. Off-hand, we cannot recall any other "expense rules" you're referring to. We apologize about the chair, but certainly wouldn't expect a guest to fix the furniture. We would have been happy to stop by and take a look/ fix. Take care, David & Rhonda

Great location! Clean and comfortable for a family of 4.
This place was great for us. A block to the beach was excellent and the northern area of ocean city is really great for a family vacation. The only downside was the pool. It was indoors, not maintained and dreary. There was caution tape around part of it and smelled over chlorinated. If a pool is a must for your family I’d say look elsewhere, but we were at the beach and just came back and changed at the condo. It was clean, check in was a breeze and was an awesome trip for our family.

2019 Beach vacation
We enjoyed our stay however the pool was way too hot to set and watch grandchildren. No air circulating. Also pool was in need of some work. Short walk to beach. Traffic late at night was loud. Beds were hard.

Great stay!
This condo was perfect for our family of four. It was so clean when we arrived. The bedrooms & bathrooms were good size and so was the living room area. The kitchen is a galley kitchen but that was perfect for us because we only used it for breakfast & lunch. Having a washer & dryer in the condo is a major plus especially with going to the beach every day. The walk to the beach was no more than 5 minutes with no busy road to cross. Nice soft sand with big waves that our teenagers Loved! Someone had put a comment on that it was hard to get out onto the balcony because of the couch, but we had no problem with the furniture arrangement. We also liked that we were not in the hustle & congestion of the boardwalk area. It’s only a 15 minute drive to that area right down Cosatal Highway. We would definitely stay at this condo again with no hesitation.

Nice little condo steps from the beach
Condo was one block from the beach and easily accessible. Check in was easy, condo was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owners/property managers was timely and clear. Unit has somewhat private entrance. Balcony faced coastal highway, but the street noise was only apparent if you were on the balcony. We had a good week.

Nice condo, Great location
My family of 4 stayed here for a week in August. I was a little nervous that it was located on Coastal hwy and went in expecting a lot of road noise. I was incredibly surprised and pleased that this was not a problem at all! The condo was furnished nicely and was clean and ready for us. We spent the majority of our time on the beach and this made a great base camp. The walk to the beach was short and easy and I often walked back to the condo to make lunch and bring it down to the beach. The only down side is that with 2 young kids we accumulated a lot of sand. There was one small foot shower by the elevator but if you have ever taken kids to the beach you know this isn't adequate. We left our sandy toys in our car since there really wan't anyplace else to put them. There was also limited space to hang wet sandy towels and suits. The balcony entrance is through the living room and behind the sofa so that made it a little difficult to take things out side. These were just minor annoyances and did not affect our overall stay. We loved having the big fans in each bedroom. The kitchen is small but was more than enough for our needs. The location in North Ocean City was great, away from the crowds further south. We had a great vacation!

The place was perfect! I just wish that they had extra toilet paper, paper towels, and provided hand and shower towels but other than that it was so amazing! Also, my fiancé said he tried the jet tub and it didn’t work (or he didn’t do it right, not sure LOL). I will definitely be coming back again!!

Amazing home
We had a great time at this condo. A few quick steps from the beach. The condo was clean and the decorations were welcoming. The balcony was quite large and comfortable to sit on during a late night breeze. I highly recommend this home! Be mindful, this is not a hotel and you will need to provide your own toiletries, linen, towels and wash clothes, and paper towels. They provide pretty much everything else - including all the comforts of staying in an air-conditioned home on the beach.

Rated a 4star because all in all, if I wasnt in need of a placewith great View and some room to breathe, I would stay here again. Firstly, Here's the bad... Definitely a tight stay. Rooms appear larger in pics. Master bedroom was large and roomy & other room was Pretty tight, as well as the kitchen and dining area. Once you fold out sofa bed, that room became unusable except for sleeping. The balcony looked directly at trees and all it had were few seats to look at nothing but trees you can barely see though. It provided ok shade but a table to eat crabs or some sort of group hang out would have been better. It's not like the seating equipped the View so an outdoor eating/gathering space would've been better. Washing machine wasn't easy to use and there were storage etc everywhere that you couldn't access things to use. I guess owner kept their stuff there. Just took up space in an already cramped area. Definitely bring your own toilet paper, ice, dishwasher, garbage bags etc. Absolutely nothing provided except $1 tp that lasted a day. The worst was parking. We came Sat-Tues and not many cars but was so difficult to get in and out because underneath parking was so tight! I drive a 4runner so small cars wools be better here. The good, it's a short distance 4min walk from beach and quiet area. Across the street from 5guys & indoor/outdoor put golf and games. 15min drive to boardwalk on a good day. Very clean and furnishings pretty nice condition. I typically stay around 54th st or 121st and I would stay here again 131 st but not as a first choice. Especially with older teens or adult group. Just not enough to do there within walking distance. Unless u don't mind walking a mile or more to a bar or restaurant. That was disappointing. Reviews said lots to do. Maybe if you have never been to OC before it's ok. If you're a frequent visitor, you may be bored.

Very clean and cozy, steps from the beach
We loved our stay at this place. It is very clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The beach is only steps away, the balcony was a nice place to relax in the evening, and although it is facing a busy street, the trees in front made a nice sound barrier. Smooth check in and out. Fabulous!
The condo was better than we expected! It was very clean and cozy. We loved the whole beach theme. The beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet. We felt we had access to so much-at the end of our street was the beach (like a 2 min walk), approx. a 10 min ride to the boardwalk, approx. a 20 min ride to Assateague Island where the wild horses are and approx. a 30 min drive to the Delaware outlets. There were so many different restaurants around and tons of other things to do!
