This location also puts you close to many fantastic restaurants and activities such as miniature golf, go carts, water parks and movies! You'll also be strategically located to take advantage of the tax-free shopping in Delaware!

This extremely clean, 2 BR 2 BA. It has recently been updated with some new furnishings, new TVs in the bedrooms, new carpeting and has central AC. A full kitchen is ready for those nights you decide to eat at home and a balcony is available for you to enjoy those cool summer breezes. This unit is definitely a fantastic value!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Waves is an elevator building.
* Two parking spots are provided; One parking spot is covered and one is on the open parking lot.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 136th street.
* The indoor pool is open year-round.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

The condo itself was very nicely taken care of and beautiful. The master bed was very very firm. The main bathroom bathtub had some drainage issues. But other than that everything was wonderful.

Great place!
We would definitely rent again. Layout was great with three teens. Nice to have an in unit laundry room, was also great for storage. The unit was at the top of the steps so quick beach access and close to the under unit parking space. Having the indoor pool was great for the rainy day we had. Walking distance to restaurants and mini golf. Very close walking distance to the beach. Very quiet unit.

We had a great stay at this condo. The location was great and easily walkable to an uncrowded portion of the beach. We had all of the amenities we needed and plenty of space. It made for a very enjoyable stay in Ocean City!

Comfortable Condo Close to the Beach
Everything about this place, from parking and check-in to location and amenities to the inside of the property, was excellent! My girlfriend and I spent a 4-day weekend here with our friends. The parking was conveniently located beneath the condo with space for two cars. The check-in was a breeze with instructions from the property manager and contactless access to the property. The condo was located right along Coastal Highway and just one block to beach access. The rental also included an indoor pool onsite which was clean and private to those staying in the condos. Within our unit, we had access to all of the cooking items we needed, were provided beach chairs and a cart, and had three TVs with streaming connectivity available. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. I would recommend that anyone looking to stay in OC considers this place for their stay. You will be happy you did.
